Our Drinks Lab features a menu of delicious drinks that don’t rely on caffeine or booze to be interesting.

This is where our owner and drinkmaster, Patrick, works like a mad scientist of flavor, experimenting with ingredients and building unique liquid concoctions from sweet and juicy to bitter and herbaceous or citrusy and spicy—sometimes all in one.

You can get ‘em posted up at the bar or lounging at the café.

We’ve got a handful of food items, and honestly? That’s all you really need: A breakfast sandwich that’s worth waking up for, a lunch sandwich that’ll be your new fixation, a couple salads capable of converting a veggie hater, a bread & butter board with house-made butters (yes, plural) and a hummus & crudité situation that’s as tasty as it is photogenic. Oh, and some fantastic bakery items.

FOOD

We craft scratch creations from fresh ingredients paired with quality spirits to build drinks with unique flavor combos that actually taste good. If you’re looking for a new fling, the menu shifts every few months (though some are old friends we’d never dare remove). Our only expectation is that you come thirsty and leave impressed… or at least buzzed and happy.

COCKTAILS

In a world full of decision fatigue, we’re just doing our part to keep it simple. Our coffee menu doesn’t require a flowchart to order. What you can get are all the greatest hits, done right. Don’t worry, we do have non-dairy milk, a few fun flavor options and some rotating specials for those who dabble.
